EWI's main plant was opened in April, 1988. It has grown to 313,000 square feet. Operations include stamping, welding, assembly, and e-coat. The plant was strategically located just 50 miles for Mitsubishi's assembly plant to allow for Just In Time delivery. See a map
Due to increasing growth and the launch of Mitsubishi's PS platform, Eagle Wings Industries opened another manufacturing plant, Richland Manufacturing in July 2002, in Olney, Illinois. This 80,000 square foot facility is specifically designed to supply EWI and our customers with smaller stampings and nut welded sub-assemblies.
