125 different assemblies are currently produced for our customers. 200 robots and motivated associates reduce cost and produce repeatable quality products. 

​EWI utilizes a number of joining technologies to manufacture assemblies. Welding includes gas metal arc welding, resistance spot welding, capacity discharge, drawn arc, laser welding and friction stir welding. With our customers need for reduced vehicle weight, the use of aluminum, hot formed and high strength steel has become more common. This is providing EWI with opportunities to grow revenue and increase the value-add we bring to our customers.
